We structure our service to avoid long waiting lists and we will not ask you to complete forms.

In looking at this Website you will almost certainly have some idea that counselling / therapy may be able to help you. We hope these pages will provide some of the information you are looking for and understand why so many people turn to PGCS for that help.

Is this for me?

We can feel very anxious about making an appointment for counselling.

Thoughts about coping 4

These and so many similar thoughts can stop us getting the help we need to improve our life in significant ways.

All counsellors at PGCS are trained professionals, all have received counselling themselves and none will judge you. Our aim is always to treat people with the utmost respect and consideration from the second you reach our door. A special quality of relationship will form the basis of your work with a counsellor and that will be offered in a safe and confidential space.
